Kudos (ft. nycl Neiko)

With his psychedelic cadence, raw and realistic lyrics, Iceberg Slum brings a new energy to the musical world. Growing up in the historic Polo Ground Projects within Harlem, NY. The artist who calls himself the “Hood Hippie” grew up surrounded by art. As he came of age, Harlem was a hub of talent with local artists like A$AP Mob and Teyana Taylor reaching stardom, Iceberg quickly realized making it through music was tangible.

At the age of 17, Iceberg Slum formed the “456 Block Boys,” a collective of young creatives comprised of photographers, videographers, graphic designers, musicians, and more. Over the past two years, the 456 Block Boys put their stamp on the NYC underground presence, hosting and performing at events throughout the city.

Behind the scenes, Iceberg began his music career, operating a music studio out of his duplex apartment. His apartment became a haven for rappers and other artists in New York, who used his apartment to record their songs and bounce ideas off fellow musicians. Iceberg used this time to experiment with his own sound, crafting an airy, yet hard-hitting signature sound that he calls “Atmos Trap.”

With unlimited ambition and his city behind him, Iceberg Slum is ready to make himself known. His new video single “Kudos” ft. NYCL Neiko is the latest salvo in his promising career. Sit back and watch him rise from the Polo Grounds to the top of the rap game.
